Restore DB

I am getting this message can anyone help to restore these tables we do not have a backup.

wp_links: Table ‘iashine_wp597.wp_links’ doesn’t exist
wp_options: Table ‘iashine_wp597.wp_options’ doesn’t exist
wp_commentmeta: Table ‘iashine_wp597.wp_commentmeta’ doesn’t exist
