Restore databases

Hello,
They entered my site, tampered with the database.
Now I have to restore it from a past backup.
The problem is that Orders, warehouse, new users, etc. will be lost.

I would like to use your plugin to export this data, and then bring it back into it once a previous version has been restored.

Is it possible to do such a thing?
Will the same data, which will coincide with the previous version of the site, be overwritten? or do you make copies?
