restore commission history

    Someone uninstalled the plugin and installed another one, now that I have reinstalled all the commissions history is gone, I need to generate all the old commissions from the sales of the last months again

    Hi Jeff,

    I’m very sorry to hear about what happened to your site. Unfortunately, WC Vendors does not have any automatic back up system for the database.

    I will suggest contacting your hosting provider regarding this. They might be able to provide you a backup of your site before this issue happened.

    Apologies for the confusion, but you may also proceed in using the “Recalculate Commissions” functionality in the WordPress dashboard >> WooCommerce >> Orders, check the orders, then proceed in applying the function. Please refer to this screenshot – https://share.getcloudapp.com/8Lugg8JA

    Hi @jeffcosta94,

    We forgot to mention that this feature is available only on the Pro Version.

    Your other option would be to restore your database from a backup. Your commissions should be restored on the database. Restoring the database will help retrieve data.
