restore backup 215mb dont work

looks like there is a limit for this at 200mb? i could restore the 189mb version of my website but when i wanted to restore the 216mb website its just spins and dont complete the setup. first i thought it was the upload limit 200mb from my serviceprovider. but i changed that and it can accept higher files.. this looks wrong.

also feels wrong to buy something where i cant create an account.
