Restore albums and photos after disabling NextGEN

  • To fix an issue, I disabled all plugins and re-enabled them (did not uninstall), including NextGEN 1.9.13 (for now I cannot upgrade due to disk space constraints). It fixed the issue, but now all my galleries and albums in NextGEN have disappeared. In the FTP, the files and folders are still intact in /wp-content/gallery. How do I restore the albums and photos in the WP admin?

    @obay – We only provide support for the current release of NextGEN Gallery, we also do not recommend using NextGEN Legacy versions (1.19.13 and earlier).
