Restore a site without Admin access

One of my sites has been infected with malware. This infections prevents me from accessing Admin. I believe that I have a couple of good backups. How do I restore the site without Admin access. I can access the c-panel for this site without issue. Assuming that I can just copy the backed up files over the the existing files, how do I accomplish this?
