    Sorry for catch you late a few weeks. You’re probably not waiting on an answer, but I’ll leave this here as reference for future questions.

    In order to restore your backup, you need a tool with which you can insert SQL into your database. Usually your hoster provides an SQL to DB interface, for example phpMyAdmin. If there is none available, you can install phpMyAdmin or Adminer as WordPress Plugins. These plugins allow the re-injection of the SQL-Dump you generated.
