    Thank you for reaching out.

    Please make sure you are using the correct backup ZIP file, example format –?https://prnt.sc/WXnRTb1criF-. Sometimes you upload the wrong file, but the correct one is inside the ZIP you have.

    If that does not help, please provide the information from the BackWPUp -> Settings -> Information tab after hiding confidential inforation like website URL.
