    Hello,

I restored my site using UpdraftPlus and now the design is broken and all plugins got removed. The backup I restored from is only 2 days old (from May 29) and I haven’t touched the website since then (except for updating Elementor).

Here is the restoration log file: https://pastebin.com/cx6CSvAb

    Thanks.

    Hi,

Thanks for sending the restoration log.

If you check the log, it shows that it did not successfully finish and it stops while extracting the others.zip file.

Can you try the restoration again but this time exclude the others.zip and see if that allows you successfully restore the website.

If can no longer access your website, we also have a manual restoration guide here – https://updraftplus.com/faqs/i-want-to-restore-but-have-either-cannot-or-have-failed-to-do-so-from-the-wp-admin-console/

    Regards,

    Thanks for your help.

However, excluding the Others component yielded the same result after restoration (plugins disappearing and media files seems to have been corrupted, they don’t appear on my site anymore).

And when I press the “Follow this link to download the log file for this restoration (needed for any support requests).” and login, I come to a screen that says “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”

My 2 sites (live and backupsite) are hosted on Stellar Shared Hosting Plan from Namecheap if that is of any relevance.

    THanks

    Hello,

Is one supposed to create a new support topic after each response to get follow-up support?

    Best regards.
