Restor Script fails

    Hello, Just purchased the package, install it on the production site. Set WPReset to take snapshot when changing theme.

    Changed theme from Child to Parent

    Changed theme back from Parent to Child

    Got white screen of death

    Went in the WP restore script found the two snapshots

    Ran the restore and got that error (removed the full path):

    I had to restore the site from backup!

    What went wrong?

    Hi,

    This forum is for the free version only, for PRO support please contact us through the website or the support widget in the plugin.

    But that error is odd as get_theme_root() is a core WordPress function since WordPress 1.5.0 so I don’t know why it would be missing. Maybe some core WordPress files have also been affected by something. Since you are running the Emergency Recovery Script please check/reinstall core files as well.
