    Hello,
I’m working on a site for a restaurant and am using the excellent Jetpack restaurant menu plug in. However, I have one problem.
I can ‘label’ the items (eg ‘gluten free’ ‘vegetarian’ ‘vegan’ etc) when I create each menu item. I can then generate a list of all the ‘gluten free’ items or all the ‘vegan’ items etc. I’ve been doing this by going through to the ‘view menu item’ in live mode, and then clicking on the words ‘gluten free’ which takes me to a full list of all the already-labelled gluten free dishes.
However, they appear in a jumble and I’d like them to appear with the ‘starters’ at the top, the ‘mains’ below, etc. I had expected them to appear in the order in which the restaurant menu sections are ordered in the overall menu list, but when I pick out certain labels the order of the overall list doesn’t carry through to that ‘label-specific list’.
I can see there is an ‘order’ tab/column in the overall ‘menu items’ list, but I can’t work out how to assign an order to an item. I’m guessing that is part of the solution, but I’m not sure. Furthermore, if I number/order each of the items how do I later amend the main menu and add in a new dish in the right place?
    Pointers welcome – thanks, all!
    Elisabeth
