    Hi @helenowen,
    1. You may add new menu items via Dashboard > Appearance > Menus. Thus you may add a link to you page with menu to the navigation bar.

    2. The simple list view has been created just to list the menu items without e-commerce functionality. As workaround you may adjust the List view to look in the same way as simple list and keep e-commerce functionality.

    It looks like you have started using another plugin since the links you provided are not valid any more.
