restart payment setup

I was checking thru previous posts regarding entering incorrect info setting up Woocommerce payment gateway, and not being able to go back and change it. The solution appeared to be removing account at your end, so it could be restarted. Is that possible Pls?
In regards to the website, its still in development so doesnt appear under its correct domain name until published, is that going to cause any issues to complete setup?The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
