RESTAPI error when Ocean Extra plugin together with TranslatePress plugin

In my wordpress/woocommerce configuration i have OCEANWP theme with Ocean Extra plugin.
I also use TranslatePress plugin. That configuration was working fine from the very first beginning of my site, about a year ago.

However the last 2 weeks i face the following error coming from Tools/Site health Check, when Both Ocean Extra plugin and TranslatePress plugin are active.

The REST API request failed due to an error.
Error: cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received (http_request_failed)

The above error dissapears when i deactivate one of both plugins, either Ocean extra plugin or TranslatePress plugin.
I have tested the above situation in development environment and that seems to be the problem, no other plugins provide such an erro. Only The combination of these both produces that error.
