Rest password not showing reset form

The rest password link within the email links like:

https://mydomain.com/my-account/lost-password/?key=mykey&login=myUsername

Problem is, It’s the same page. As in it’s the “request a new password” input not the actual reset inputs. I’m seeing this on a number of sites.
