    Hi, I am getting an error while trying to post the reviews. Cant do it via cusrev panel too, there are many reviews sitting there with that error. No matter what I do it always gives me this error in diagnostics:

    The plugin will not be able to receive reviews because REST API is disabled. Additional information can be found in this?support article. Error message: cURL error 60: SSL certificate problem: self signed certificate

    It was working fine just few months ago. I tried all things: disable caching plugin, checked functions.php file (there is not a single line about API at all), I have no security plugins installed at all.
    The website is running on litespeed server. I have even tried disable firewall there too, nothing helps. Actually?there is no settings about rest API in admin dashboard at all, I also enable Legacy API in woocomerce. No luck..
    Would you mind taking a look or have a solution for this already?

    If you get this error, you are probably using aggregated review forms hosted at CusRev.com. Our services run on AWS infrastructure that has strict security checks for validity of SSL certificates to ensure protection of reviews posted to your website.

    The error means that the SSL certificate wasn’t properly installed on your website. Therefore, it cannot be validated by the review form. Please reach out to your hosting support and ask them to install the root CA bundle for your SSL certificate chain.

    I manage my server my self, as I mentioned it runs on litespeed. Could you please specify “install the root CA bundle for your SSL certificate chain.” ?

    As far as I aware website uses cloudflare SSL.
