    Hello support,

    I have just noticed that I’m not receiving any reviews for a couple of weeks now.

    Diagnotics info:
    The plugin will not be able to receive reviews because REST API is disabled. Additional information can be found in this support article. Error code: 401; Error message: Unauthorized; Details: {“code”:”rest_login_required”,”message”:”REST API restricted to authenticated users.”,”data”:{“status”:401}}.

    I’ve read your article about REST API and made a quick test which results in an error after trying to submit the review.

    I’ve also removed the securi plugin and disabled in Wordfence firewall.

    But the error in the diagnotics remains as well the error after a submitted review.

    How can I make your plugin working again?

    Thanks for using our plugin!

    It looks like you changed some security settings on your site and blocked REST API. The support article that you read mentions all possible reasons why REST API is blocked. Now, you just need to determine which one applies to your situation.

    Can you please provide a list of active plugins on your site?

    Issue is solved.
    Just disabled in plugin Clearfy the option “Remove REST API Links”
