    There was an error accessing the WP REST API – Instant Images requires access to the WP REST API to fetch and upload images to your media library.

    Checked the FAQ on your site but this advice “update the settings to allow access to the WP REST API” isn’t very helpful. What settings? Where?

    Yea it’s not great, mostly because it’s impossible to know exactly what the reason is.

    Most of the time it’s a security plugin blocking access… Are you running a security plugin?
