REST API Encountered an Error plus Late Events

Hi, These are new offerings from Site Health. They are pretty specific but I need some guidance regarding how to fix them.

1. When testing the REST API, an error was encountered:

REST API Endpoint: https://neo420.com/wp-json/wp/v2/types/post?context=edit
REST API Response: (http_request_failed) cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received

2. The other issue is regarding what to do when informed that scheduled events are late. In this case it’s:

The scheduled event, wf_scan_monitor, is late to run. Your site still works, but this may indicate that scheduling posts or automated updates may not work as intended.

I’ve seen this in the past for Forminator. How can I address these?
