REST API encountered an error cURL 28

Ask you host:
– If loopback is failing.
– If they can update Curl in case you are running an outdated version.
– If there a firewall or security modules (e.g. mod_security ) that could block the outgoing cURL requests.
– If there are any other limitations.

This was happening to me because I had an extra session_start(); in my theme’s functions.php. So, you could have an extra one somewhere if nothing else seems to resolve it.
