Rest API and loopback error

Hi,
Ever since I installed All in One SEO I have been getting two errors one with rest api and the other saying my site could not complete a loopback request.
I contacted AIO support but they said this rest api is not anything on their side. My host provider also says they can’t pick up anything, they suggested I go to woocommerce and woocommerce said it wasn’t on their side and I must go back to AIO seo. AIO seo never resolved this. I deactivated all in one seo and activated the plugin again and the loopback error went away but I still have the rest api error. Does anybody know how I can fix this? See below error:
