    Hi,

My site works with a third-party integration which initially connected to the REST API but now throws this error:
We expected status code 2XX with content type “application/json” but instead received status code 200 with content type text/html; charset=UTF-8 after making a GET request.

Any ideas on how to fix please?

  • Hi there,

I’m not familiar with that error and wasn’t able to find any similar reports in our support system.

There could be some code from a plugin or theme causing the error. As an initial troubleshooting step, I recommend performing a conflict test. You can find steps for doing this here:

    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

If that does not help, there might be something on the server level causing this and I would suggest reaching out to your host for help.

If you’re still seeing the error after going through the above troubleshooting steps, you could consider hiring someone to dive deeper into the code. We have some recommendations here:

    https://woocommerce.com/customizations/

    Hope that helps!

    Hello different question sorry,

For some reason WooCommerce stopped receiving IPNs from PayPal a week ago. I have checked the integration (all good) and the IPN history shows all IPNs have been sent – they’re just not reflecting in WooCommerce.

As a result all the orders are marked as Pending Payment even though they show Completed on PayPal.

    Can you help please?

    Hi Johnny,

We have some general guidelines for troubleshooting IPN issues here, which is a good starting point:

    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/paypal-standard/#section-23

If you have any further questions on this, please either start a new forum post or contacting us directly. It’s best to keep each forum post to one subject, to keep things as straightforward as possible. We also support PayPal extensions downloaded from WooCommerce.com directly:

    https://woocommerce.com/contact-us/

    Hope that’s helpful!

    Hi @johnexposureninja,

It’s been a while since we heard from you, so I’m marking this thread resolved. Hopefully, you’ve been able to resolve this, but if you haven’t, please let open up a new topic and we’ll be happy to help out.

    Cheers!
