On my reset page (https://mypage.com/reset) I were using [fed_forgot_password_only] shortcode. After user clicks on reset button It sends Email with bas links. But It sends an Email with resset link that leads users to login page (https://mypage.com/login), not to page where they can change password to new one. Can anyone help me with this issue?

Hope you have fixed the problem, if it still exist, please reopen it ??

Hi, this is not working for me either now. It was two weeks ago, but now the link that is sent to the user just takes them to the home page instead of going to the password reset page. I’m sure I lost a page somewhere, so you can tell me where to look?

    Thanks and kind regards,

    Jack

@senatorjack Is it possible to share your admin credentials to [email protected] with this ticket url, let me check and fix it.

If you would like to troubleshoot, Please check the below settings.

    1. WordPress Admin | Frontend Dashboard | Frontend Dashboard | Login | All settings especially ( Forgot Password Page URL with the shortcode )

    2. If you are using login only setting, then please check whether you created the along with the page.

    3. If you are using all in one Login page, then it will take of everything.

If you still struck, please share credentials to [email protected].

    Thanks

    Hi Vinoth,

I discovered the problem is that when you’re working on the site and want to edit pages, the login page sees that you’re already logged in as admin, so it doesn’t bring you to the actual login screen. I had the “redirect after login” set to the home page, so when I clicked on the login link, it just stayed on the home page. Everything seems to work on an incognito page, or through a different browser, where I’m not already logged in as admin. Thus, you can’t both see the login page and edit it at the same time. You have to deactivate Frontend, add whatever modules, call-outs, etc, that you want on the login page, and then reactivate Frontend to see the changes.

    Thanks!

    Jack
