Resport broken links hack

Hi,

I have a wp video blog, where i post only video. Sometimes due to many reasons some videos get deleted or moved from the original video hosting site.

So my question is, can i put on all posts a link at the end of each post that would say “Report broken link” so that the visitor only had to click on it and check a CAPTCHA to avoid spam off course and then it would mail me an email reporting the broken link.

Possible?
