I’m having a really serious issue with my ads. I made an rectangular ad to show only on desktop or browsers that are equal or superior than 469px. I also made an square ad to only show on mobile or browsers equal or inferior than 468px. Both of these are used below my header on my home page. But they are not behaving the way they should.

When I’m logged as admin on my website on desktop, for me, the ad that appears is the rectangular one (the right one). But anyone else that’s not logged, and is on desktop will only see the square ad!!! I’m using the shortcodes to insert the ads on my website, and I tried everything, changed the order of the shortcodes inserted. Tried to set the conditions to mobile only for the square, and desktop only for the rectangle, tried to set the condition per browser width but it also doesn’t work. I don’t know what to do anymore.

This is my second ad, I had set another set of rectangle and square last week on my website and it came out ok. This week we have a new client, and I had to make new sets to substitute these. I tried duplicating, tried configuring from scratch on advanced ads but they just dont obey the reponsiveness rule. Its like the ad thinks that every desktop browser is less than 468px. Please help

I checked again, I didn’t make any changes but now both on desktop and mobile is showing the rectangular ad. I not being able to make one appear only on mobile and one only on desktop. If one of them appears on desktop, they appear on mobile too, it’s like they can’t identify the browser width or device.

The problem only occurs on my home page, all my plugins and theme are updated. I didn’t add any new plugin since last week

    Hi,

I noticed that you also opened a ticket in our support system for pro users and replied directly to your email.

I will close this thread here in the forum since I guess that the issue is related to the cache busting, which is part of Advanced Ads Pro and needs to be enabled in Advanced Ads > Settings > Pro, if you use any caching on your website.

    Best regards,
    Joachim
