    Hi Craig,

    That sounds like a conflict with your theme styling, do you have an URL to your site so I can take a look?

    As for the second issue, that’s most likely due to caching. There’s no way the bar can still show up once the plugin is disabled. Please empty your caches and perform a so called “hard refresh” using Cmd + R or Ctrl + R.
