Responsiveness partly working

Hi,
I am trying to enable responsiveness on my personal website that uses the ari theme.As I understand you don’t support it, but since it is partly working I’d like to give a try fixing it.
Basically what happens is that on the iPhone the content overflows the page width. Here it is a screenshot showing what I mean.
Can you please give me any directions about how to fix it?
