Responsiveness on Mobile

Hi,
I am trying to see whether the slider is responsive before I purchase the premium version. At the moment, the slider just resizes itself without resizing the image and as a result the image becomes very small. If you look at https://www.kickstarter.com on mobile, the slider is much bigger in height and looks different from the web version. Could you advice what I need to do please?
