Responsiveness: How to change the width of the Active Engage

How can we change the width of the Active Engage area. I am concerned about how it appears on mobile browsers. I see that the CSS is directly linked to vCita.com. Is there a settings area somewhere? 400 width is too large for many cell phone browsers.
