I am trying to create a text-popup that es responsive in the sense that it looks good on all kinds of mobile display without text being cut off.
No matter what I enter in the “Dimensions” section of the popup setting text is being cut off at the edges. The text does not seam to resize at all.
I am testing on iPhone, Samsung Galaxy S8 and Motorolla Moto G8.
What do I have to do, to get a text popup to be truly responsiv?

    Regards,
    Axel

  • Dear @axka ,

Thanks for getting in touch and reporting the problem.

From the ”Dimensions” section leave the Min Width field empty, please:

Give it a try and let us know if that helped.

Works fine now without any width numbers. BUT if you enter a maximum width it does not display good on mobile phones.
That’s really a drag because one does not want a banner do be stretched over the entere 2500 Pixel on a large Monitor.
But if you set max width to 800 Pixel, the auto responsivness on mobiles does not work any more.

    Dear @axka ,

Thanks for getting back to us!
Can you, please, export the popup and send it to us so we can check?

Please, check the article below on how to do that:

Looking forward to hearing from you soon.
