Responsive with Hello Theme

Hi, I have a problem with responsive (It is the first time I use Hello Theme): on desktop, no problem, all the content is on the screen with good width. When I look with responsive mode in web-dev-tool, there is a white column on the right, outside the content instead having all the content on full width. Someone can help me for that? Thank you
