Responsive Website: Adjustments do not display on devices

    plug-in: Beaver Builder (lite-version)

    Issue: Page layout adjustments for small, medium, and large devices reflect on desktop/laptop as I manually change the width of the internet page. However, the adjustments do not display on actual small devices (smart phones) and medium devices (tablet/iPad).

    Procedure used: (Row Settings: Advanced: Breakpoint:)

    How can I make the page layout adjustments display on the target device (i.e. smart phones and tablets)?
