Responsive Video incompatible with Disqus Comment System

I’m having trouble with the Responsive Video plugin in that when activated it pushes the DISQUS Comment System out of the post and into the body. I really like both plugins so any help in making the two work smoothly together would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
