Responsive theme right sidebar advertisements issue

I started using a responsive theme on my website, and I want to continue to, but with the responsive theme my right sidebar with advertisements is now below my posts when viewed on mobile devices. So then the viewer doesn’t see the ads unless they scroll down past the article I posted. I wondered if there was any possible way to get the sidebar to show up on top of the article posted or if there was some kind of widget or something that I could install into the middle of my posted article. Like perhaps a widget that would display a different ad each time the page is viewed.

I contacted the theme designers and they didn’t have a fix for me. I would really appreciate some help with this. Thanks.
