This plugin looks good, but I need to confirm that emails will be responsive and look good on phones and tablets.

    Hi @rweiss23,

    Thanks for reaching out.

Yes, the email templates created by our plugin are designed to be responsive and look good on phones and tablets. We tested the templates on various devices to make sure they display correctly. However, there may be some variations in how the email appears based on the email client or device being used. We suggest you to test it on your end and let us know if anything.

I did test it, and for the most part, it looks fine. But, I have a picky client… For new orders, the top banner: “New Order: #9999” is too large on the phone. Its fine on the desktop, as it takes up one line. We would like it to take up one line on the phone. If it had a CSS class assigned to it, I could override it myself. I want to avoid having to update the template. That is the main reason I want to leave the WC templates behind.

    What would you suggest?

    Thanks,

    Roger

I believe this was user error. I was testing 2 different email customizers, and the other one was active as well. It now looks fine.

    Sorry,

    Roger’
