• I’ve exported the zip to the kadence-responsive-email-template.dat file. But, when I go to the import feature, import the files, get the warning about overwriting, we go back to the main menu and nothing has changed. The new template isn’t showing in my list of templates. So, it looks like it’s just not uploading, but there are no error messages. I’ve cleared cache, refreshed browser, etc. I tried it in Chrome and Firefox, but nothing works.

    Any ideas? Is this a file that I can upload to the hosting site or are these settings that are stored in the DB?

    Any assistance is appreciated.

    The new template isn’t showing in my list of templates.

    It will not be listed on the prebuilt templates. After importing the .dat file, the template should be applied already.
