Responsive social menu

Hi, I’m looking to change how the social menu looks on mobile. I wan’t it to look like the main menu. So closed with those three lines and opens in a toggle. Any ideas how to achieve that? I’m using it as language menu with poly-lang plugin and with 7 languages it takes up too much space on smaller devices.
