Responsive scaling problem

    Hi there!

    I have a 640x480px popup set to responsive mode. However, popup is scaling only the width but not the height. On mobile it looks very odd, because it is being scaled wrongly. Any workaround for this?

    Seems you have selected the Custom mode for your popup Dimensions.
    The Responsive mode can’t be set with pixels. ??
    Please, choose the Auto option for the Responsive mode, or choose the sizing with percentages of the Responsive mode.
    If you still have problems with the sizing, please, contact us and share a URL with your popup and our developers will check the issue for you.
