    Hello.
    First of all, congratulations on your plugin.
    But I have a problem when switching from desktop to mobile and tablet devices.
    I add the code: [products_slider cats=”36″] and in the desktop the plugin works perfectly, but not in mobile devices and tablets:
    the slide is not displayed, but only scroll arrows and layout dots are displayed.
    as you can see from this page https://skinon.it/ (under the “design ideas” button)

    If instead I enter the code [products_slider cats=”36″ slide_to_show=”1″] I also have the problem on the desktop.
    as you can see from this page https://skinon.it/ (under the “ABBIGLIAMENTO-SENZA CATEGORIA” menu).
    Please help me.

    We have checked the page we found it’s your theme CSS conflict issue please switch to WordPress default theme and then check.

    You can resolve the theme CSS issue or you can go with our Pro plugin
