Responsive Placeholder Color and Lazy Load Image Exclude doesn’t work

    I have set the “Responsive Placeholder Color” as #92268E instead of the default value #cfd4db.

    However, the placeholder of the photo still shows in gray color (Please prefer the preloader image when first entering the website)

    Also, I have added the URL of the image into Lazy Load Image Excludes, it doesn’t work, the image still shows a lazy load behavior.

    How can I solve the problems?

    Please provide the report number , you can get it in toolbox -> report -> click “send to LiteSpeed”
