Responsive overlay issue

    It was the CSS I had implemented. I felt the header and menu had to much spacing. I had moved the menu and page up which looked good on a normal size comp but terrible on the phone.

    Redid the CSS. Looks good now. Removed the page margin-top. Moved up the header-logo and menu, and shrank the masthead.

    Adjusting the margin around the various elements in the masthead should produce a more compact effect.
