"Responsive" navbar as the default navigation (for any screen)

Hi everyone..

amazing theme, Mr Bavota, and thank you for sharing it..

I have created a child theme and I would like to make the “responsive” navigation bar/menu (“navbar-toggle” I think) be the default (the only) navigation bar (even for screens with resolution>769px).

Is it possible?!
