if you want to use the flip mode, you have to change the value of the responsive_breakpoint from device to either phone, tablet, desktop, or all, as mentioned on the web page.
I don’t know if this will work on AMP pages. This depends on whether the CSS files are loaded.

you can not show the full table on small screens. It will simply not fit.
Your best chance is the scroll mode, i.e.

[table id=65 responsive=scroll /]
