Responsive menu, search icon, & social icons NOT SHOWING

    Hi,
    I just installed the tracks theme on my blog, but 1) the menu icon is not showing on mobile devices, 2) the search icon and social icons are not showing even though they are enabled.
    What can I do to solve this?
