    Hi, I’ve tried repeatedly contacting through your website for the Pro version. I have a license which I’m not sure I need to renew or not. I’ve never had a renewal notice and my Pro version is sitting at v3.1.31. A malware scanner I use is saying this has issues, but I don’t seem to be able to update to a new version.
    – Are there issues with this version or is it picking up the free version numbering.
    – Do I need to update the license? If so how? Looks like I just have to buy again as I’ve never had any communication from the site.

    Hi Funkygorilla,

    As per my understanding, you are not able to update RM from v3.1.31 to v4.1.9. Let me know if I am correct in my assumptions.
    Besides this when you say, a malware scanner reported issues, can I know it in more detail. Which malware scanner are you using and which RM version? What is the exact issue that you get?
    Also regarding license, yes you need to purchase a new license and then add that license to your website. Once you add the new license then you would get regular updates regarding RM pro update and renewal.Do let me know if you still face the issue.
