Hi, we have the latest version of WP and of customizr and our menu is not working on mobile devices.

It appears that if a link has a submenu, it is not seeing the click on the parent link. It works fine on desktop browsers shrunken to see the responsive menu, but not on mobile devices.

  • Thanks.

    Hi @syoung68
this issue has been fixed in the next Customizr and Customizr-Pro releases. When you’ll update them remember to deactivate and remove the patch plugin.
    Cheers.

Hi! I′m using the latest version WP and Customizr 3.3.23.
I have several problems with the theme. The design, in the mobile version, is not suited for iOs. And in other smartphones menu icon doesn′t work. In the web version, the submenu is not activated with the secundary pages/sections . Can someone help me? My web is https://www.reyblanc.com. Sorry for my poor English ??

    Hello,
you’re not using Customizr in mobile devs.
    You’re using jetpack’s mobile theme.

    Hope this helps.

    Hey d4z_conf,

I’m having the same issue that syoung68 was having. Can you elaborate on the “change the navbar class” solution? Is that something that is going to need to be done through the wordpress dashboard, or would I go through an FTP Client and adjust code in a php doc? Also, if I’m adjusting code, what would that adjustment look like?

    Thanks
    Matt

    Hello matt,
I don’t understan what you mean, sorry.
Also I don’t remember I had a “change the navbar class” solution .. are you referring to …?

This issue has been solved a long time ago and you shouldn’t have any issue with the mobile menu, except if you have some old code in your child-theme functions.php.

    Do you have that?

No worries, maybe I understood the issue in this thread. Here is the problem I’m having:

On mobile devices, if I click on any of the Home Featured Pages, the menu becomes unresponsive on the subsequent page. For example, on https://bk-law.us, while using a mobile device, if you click on the image or the button on the home page that corresponds with the “Attorneys” page, the menu at the top right of the Attorneys page will not function. If you then click on the image at the top of the Attorneys page to redirect to the Home page, the menu will not function and the home page slider will not display.

I have not added any new code to the child-theme functions.php. I downloaded wordpress and installed the Customizr theme first thing.

Any idea what is causing this to happen?

    Honestly, nope.
With which device you have this issue?
I went on your site with my lg smartphone both with the stock browser and chrome, couldn’t reproduce it :/

Oh interesting. I’m having the issue on the iPhone in the safari browser. I checked it on a second iPhone in safari with the same result.

Ah so iPhone + safari, and this happens also in the demo site?

Hoping someone can help me. I’ve used the customizr website numerous times before and had no issues with the mobile menu. On this particular website, the menu drop down doesn’t work correctly. The sub pages cover the parent. How do I fix? I tried a couple different things that I read to fix it but nothing worked
    The site is…

    Please start a new thread.

    Read the Navbar Guide first.

Sorry for the delayed response. No, oddly enough it does not happen on the demo site either? So apparently it is something that I’m doing, but I really haven’t added any new custom CSS or HTML.

    All:

So I was able to get rid of this issue by going Customize > Content > Front Page > Featured Pages Options > unchecking the “Show images” box. Not the perfect solution, but gets the job done.

    Np matt82375,
I see what you mean, maybe it’s related to the hover effect on the featured pages images… would like to have an iphone to test this :/

I’ll try to look into it anyways.
