Responsive menu has hashtag at end of url

  • Hello for some reason whenever I resize m theme my menu turns into a responsive menu and when it is clicked the url has a (#) hashtag at the end and doesn’t navigate anywhere. I’m assuming it’s a form of a custom link however I’m not sure if that’s the case or not.

    I’ve contacted muffingroup and has stated it is a hosting issue but they haven’t addressed the hashtag portion of the issue. So I’m trying to sift through and have this issue resolved.

    All plugins have been disabled with the same result.

  • Did you ever resolve this issue? I am having the same problem at beetactical.com. EXACT same issue. Any ideas?

    More Details: I am running the OneShop Theme. This is still an issue even with plugins disabled. It is only when the browser is resized down, or on the mobile phone. Regardless for which menu item is chosen, it only goes to #.

    Please help! Someone!
