Responsive menu design have created a duplicated content in text cache view

Hi

While checking the cached version for the home page, the navigation menu and content have been duplicated.

Our developer has created a one version for the desktop and other for responsive version. It resulted in the duplication of the menus and textual content in the cached text version which I feel is not good for SEO.

The developer has used Porto wordpress theme ( https://www.newsmartwave.net/wordpress/porto/documentation/)

How could I remove this duplicates?
