Responsive Layout Issue – Twenty Fourteen

Hi there, I just discovered that when someone looks at my site <www.nicholascrutton.co.uk> on an ipad or phone the layout is not responsive and so the left-hand margin is missing, the menu at the top disappears, the SM icons run over – and so it’s really odd to use. I was looking into changing the theme to a responsive layout but am double-checking – is Twenty Fourteen a responsive layout or not? Am I doing something wrong, or not formatting it in some way to work across different sized windows? Any advice appreciated. Many thanks.
