    Thanks for using Page Builder. The tool that you might want to use here is the Layout Widget. This is a widget that allows you to create nested layouts. Armed with this widget you can usually create just about any type of layout you need.

    For the layout you’re specifically talking about, just using a standard SiteOrigin Editor widget with a right aligned image might do the trick.
